These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website of Elite Wrap & PPF Studio LLC ("Elite Wrap", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Our services
We provide paint protection film, vinyl wraps, ceramic coating, window tint, wheel coating and interior detailing. Any prices, packages or quotes shown or provided are estimates for information only and are not a binding offer; the final scope and price of any work are set out in a separate agreement before your vehicle is serviced.
2. Quotes & appointments
Submitting a quote request does not create a contract or reserve a booking. We will contact you to confirm details, availability and pricing. Timeframes are estimates and may vary based on your vehicle’s condition and product availability.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to disrupt it, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to infringe the rights of others.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, images, the 3D configurator and design — is owned by or licensed to Elite Wrap and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our written permission. Vehicle brand names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are shown for identification only; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
5. Warranties
Film, coating and tint warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers (e.g. 3M, Avery Dennison, SunTek) under their own terms. We stand behind our workmanship, but we make no additional warranty beyond what the manufacturer and any written service agreement provide.
6. Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Wrap is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
8. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites (e.g. Google, Instagram). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Broward County, Florida.
